“Some of the staff wasn’t real helpful. You just hoped you got the helpful ones. Toilets didn’t flush unless you stood there holding the handle down until it decided to flush out. Had to redo your room card every time you left your room. Then they looked at you like you should have been leaving not staying three more nights. Not ran as professionally as when I worked at two different ones in Ohio.”

“Clean rooms, staff and breakfast were awesome”

“Great place for the price”

“Stay somewhere else this place is a dump”

“Bed to high. HVAC to noisy. Not enough towels or tissues. Not enough electric outlets in accessible;e places. No USB ports.”

“There were old airconditioners in the hallways.”

“No issues. 1st floor room as I requested. Room was clean. Breakfast was OK. Several choices for food within walking distance.”

“Very convenient location and well kept”

“The toilet in the room made a hideous squealing noise every 15-20 minutes that lasted for a few minutes. I asked for another room but they were booked up. The cold water in the sink didn’t work. The tv didn’t work. I let staff know and was told they were aware of the toilet issue previously and had ordered a part. It is upsetting they were aware and still booked the room. I travel often and am very low maintenance, but I got no sleep because of the squealing toilet and was also told nothing……

“I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay!”

“Terrible shower with algae groth and NO hot water after running for 8 minutes.”

“Nice clean room. Although I'm disabled I had to go upstairs for my room.”

“Noisy at times, back door not latching all the time anyone could just walk in( security issues) couldn’t keep curtains open when people were outside on the back patio seem ed,kind of odd to me. Some staff was nice, some seemed like they didn’t care.”

“None”

“This is an excellent property, there is a great restaurant next door, they offer free breakfast with your stay”
