“This is not a bad hotel but it is good for what you pay. The staff are helpful but so limited that it is difficult to get things handled quickly because the 1 employee working is helping with everything. The cleaners cleaned the room but the balcony had old French fries and dead bugs so we had to ask for that to be cleaned. The breakfast was so-so as the eggs are not real eggs but powdered eggs and the milk is only 2% and in a jug not individual cartons. Also there are no microwaves in the room……

“So when we first got booked in the room we were staying in the a/c didn’t work, the staff was very helpful as they got us in another room but the toilet, you can’t flush toilet paper down, the tv didn’t work, the phone in the room didn’t work as someone ripped the cord from the jack on the wall and the toilet in both bathrooms in each room was stained terribly. Luckily we brought our iPad so we could watch tv. As I said the staff are friendly but it definitely needs a renovation or the items……
