“this house is amazing. The driveway is like a mile long. The seclusion is priceless. There are walking trails everywhere. The house is super cozy and warm with everything you need for a great stay. And it was exceptionally clean. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. Listen, if you don't want to be bothered by anyone but a deer, I highly recommend this property. And they allow pets. My dog was off leash the whole time. ”

Welcomed our little dog. As it is a second floor apartment, someone with mobility issues may find the stairs challenging. We had a very nice stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again! ”

On the second day, the host inform me of pending heatwave and offered a second air conditioner for my comfort, which was installed same day. The other thing I loved were the bathroom towels! “I will return. I could have stayed longer. It was a nice respite from a stressful life. Hosts were amazing. Extremely accommodating! My dog loved being able to swim (and chase sticks - finally learned to bring them back to the beach) every day. I think it helped that the hosts left a container of the training cookies. And they left a dog bowl, which I forgot. The wood stove was perfect for keeping us warm at night and when my dog was a still chilly after her swims. Again, I will return!”

“We had a great weekend stay at this newly built place in Smithfield while attending a swim event with my son at Colby College, which was just a short, easy drive away. Everything was clean and cozy, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was helpful and highly responsive and recommended a local fishing spot on one of the three lakes right around the property which was very close and a nice way to spend down time. Overall, a solid choice!”

“This is an adorable newly constructed unit. Lots of day light, cute decor and lake views. The one confusing part was the use of the docks which was uncomfortable at the beginning but worked out in the end. We used the dock and swam every day. The location is also convenient and has plenty of parking. Jill is a great host. We would stay here again.”
