"Family room was almost impossible to find and not located on the map. Room wasn’t locked when I finally found it. I felt unsafe . Couldn’t see outside all windows were glazed over with some kind of material so you could not see out. There was a dog barking that had apparently been left in a room… I was uncomfortable and felt unsafe "

"The room itself was clean, but unfortunately, the overall comfort fell short. The bed was particularly strange. It was hard to tell whether it was too soft or too firm, but either way, something just didn’t feel right. It made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. The pillows also left a lot to be desired, lacking both support and comfort. Another drawback was the TV. For the size of the room, the television felt much too small, making it difficult to watch comfortably from the bed or seating area. Additionally, the noise level was an issue. The room was located next to the hallway, which resulted in frequent foot traffic and door noise throughout the stay. This made it harder to relax, especially during early mornings and late evenings. While the room had potential due to its size and cleanliness, the comfort issues and noise made the stay less enjoyable than expected."

"Hotel is virtually brand new. It’s totally “automated” from booking to check in to check out. Beds very comfortable. Minus points: no microwave in room. One available in downstairs lounge. No ice machine. TVs were wide screen but I found it hard to get local broadcasts. A channel list would be very helpful. Curb in parking lot meets a cutout so you can roll suitcases and help people with mobility issues. Bar and restaurant in building.No breakfast provided. I would definitely stay there again"
