“Seth the property owner is excellent and attentive to make your stay an awesome experience. It was fun and relaxing for us but you have to remember it is camping so cold nights could be cold. But the view of the stars made it all worth it for us. The goodbye breakfast is a nice treat.”

“This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit!”

“Would have loved to have more time to stay at the property and enjoy the lake - it was beautiful! The house itself was fine - my friend described it as a giant shed. But there needs to be pillow protectors on the pillows - it sucks when you're a non-smoker, haven't brought your own pillows from home, put your head down late at night to finally go to sleep and get the stench of cigarette smoke. I don't believe anyone had been smoking inside but I do believe smokers had rented the property before……

“The listing does not match reality. The advertising is misleading, and the property fails to provide basic safety for children. There is no lighting on the walkway, which creates a serious hazard. Inside, there is no hot water and no functional bathroom, making the stay uncomfortable and unacceptable. This property needs major improvements before it should be rented to anyone.”
