“Excellent hotel and service. Hot tubs need to be hotter, pool was freezing, and a bunch of little kids in their underwear running around the pool. The breakfast was good but staff was HORRIBLE at keeping it stalked with food!!! Ran out half way through and couldn't keep it full of food.”

“The hostess was slightly rude and then gave us the furthest room on the lowest floor where our patio was a 3’x3’ underground cubby covered in spider webs. Our remote control was so sticky it was as if it were covered in duct tape on a hot day and then the duct tape were removed leaving a stickiness you cannot get off. The pool was nice.”

“I liked that this didn't seem like a "run-of-the-mill" Holiday Inn! (Not that I object to them, but it was interesting to stay in a more unusual facility.) I had liked the way it looked online, and it was well represented. This hotel is on an expansive campus, with indoor and outdoor pools. It's also out of the town, which we liked. We were very comfortable and had a nice, one-night stay. We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was deserted (except for us) at around 10:30 when we went in. I……

“There were supposed to be 3 ice machines in the building. One was missing entirely and the other two were not working. The desk clerk offered me an ice cube tray "so I could have some ice tomorrow" (no freezer in the room, and we were only staying one night). bathroom sink was also stopped up.”
