“With the Gravity Haus being located close to the Winter Park ski mountain, we were extremely disappointed to find out that both HOT TUBS were inoperable during our stay, the bathroom overhead light fixture was unsafe to use since it appeared to be shorting out (flickering like a strobe light), and the property didn't have a SECURED luggage area for our luggage (with being told that check in wasn't until 4pm) and didn't have a vehicle to store it in since we rode the ski-train up from Denver,……

“Address was wrong in hotel app. Way too icy on driveway and front door. Very dangerous to get to unit. We took lift bus and the driveway was full of ice as well as the 10 feet to get to unit. Fix address on hotels app”

“The property layout was perfect. Nice deck was a bonus. Spacious and clean. Things were a bit dated and could use updating but everything worked. The message you a number to see what you needed to do was kind of awards but it worked. Great location and nice view!”

“Less than 5 min from Granby Ranch Ski Resort! Great amenities, loved the game room for the kids and the outdoor hot tubs!! Very dated but great price. We got the loft, perfect for our group of 4 and the kitchen was a great size. Could use a few more blankets but we kept the place warm so we were all comfortable. Hide-a-bed couch was not comfortable for my teen son but the Murphy bed was great. Had an electric fireplace. Good for heat and ambiance. There was an elevator so that was a plus!……

“I booked this room after 11 PM. I arrived and there was nobody in the office. I called and texted the number provided and received no answer. I waited approximately half an hour and then contacted Expedia. I’m still waiting to find out if they are willing to refund my money. After locating a new place to stay well after midnight, somebody texted me and rather than apologizing, I received more like a lecture saying didn’t you know that our office closes at nine? As a matter of fact, I did not……

“The cabin was cozy and efficient. It rained constantly so scenery was foggy and cloudy but Grand Lake was charming and the mountains over lakes were breathtaking. ”
