“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……
“This apartment is the best. First, location is definitely the best, just few steps outside of Rossio station. Second, they provide Pappa, Sault and olive oil, that is so good for us to cook in a apartment. Third, their laundry in common areas and easy-to-use, their also provide laundry ball. “Boede i lejlighed med vores to teeanage drenge i juli måned. Lille lejlighed (5c), men du har alt hvad der skal bruges. Skønt at man kan åbne de franske døre. Der er ingen aircondition (hvilket også fremhæves tydeligt) men det var ikke et problem. Døren på klem og blæserne tændt og der er en fin temperatur.
Lejligheden ligger godt placeret med gåafstand til det meste og alle busforbindelser er der kun 5 min gang til, der ligger en glimrende café med morgen lige udenfor døren.

Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process.
