Very responsive and always helpful. Only tip is to communicate ahead of time to ensure the apartment meet your needs, they have a few different options. We had one that was not ideal for us, but then Paula quickly resolved and was very understanding. Finally, area is walkable don't recommend having a vehicle. Use Bolt in town. The other thing is that there is a lot of homeless individual walking the streets later in the night. So be mindful of that especially being a girls trip, we had encounter a few instances running away and try to avoid it. Other than the noise at night I would say overall it is very central and easy to walk to all the major attraction. I do recommend this for couples for the most part. Just get ready for some major lifting. Unless you’re backpacking this is great for you too.
