“非常糟糕的入住經驗，主人留了無法聯繫上的電話後再責怪旅客沒有依規定入住規定，拒絕退款。 入住前一天訂房後就飛往里斯本，落地後與主人留的電話聯繫，從下午2點多到6點3小時都沒人接（後來才知道主人當時在飛機上）,由於附近沒有什麼店，又帶著老人，等了3小時聯繫不上後，只好另找旅館住宿。 在我質疑他為什麼留了無法聯繫的電話後，直接罵人，當然後面就接著一串吵架。 我明白這是一個短租套房，需要事先聯繫，也不是要求主人馬上來開門，但3個小時都無法聯繫上的電話，及糟糕的對話經驗，讓人無法接受。”

“A unique place to stay in the heart of Lisbon’s Castelo de São Jorge. The Tejo Room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Kitchenette was well-equipped and useful. The place was clean, cozy and quiet. Conveniently located, it is close to sightseeing, shopping and dining. One thing management may want to do is have a laminated handout of how to use appliances, safe, A/C and door locking mechanism available for guess. I paid for a city view one bedroom, it was not cheap and unfortunately, two of the three windows were inaccessible to see a city view, it did have a view of drug addicts, garbage cans and homeless people in the stairwell every single day doing drugs. “This property is not suitable for renting. They do not display pictures of the bathroom or the kitchen because they are not suitable for rent. The bathtub is rusty with sharp edges that cut dangerously. The electrical sockets are unsafe, to say the least, in the apartment: there could be a short circuit at any moment. The entrance door barely closes. And we are not talking about the status of 3 of the beds.. and the table we found. We arrived late and could not quit in the middle of the night.……
