“This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and in a fantastic location. The rooms were a little on the smaller side, but they were perfect for a short stay and had everything we needed. It was just a few steps from both the city square and the waterfront, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The staff were warm, welcoming, and truly made our stay exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.”

For some reason, the female staff were really rude, especially to my wife and daughter. I don’t know if this was because we didn’t speak Portuguese, but they seemed irritated at us and did not seem to want to answer questions.”

They thought that I would not be back at the airport. Although I accidentally stayed in the room, the question was who would enter the room. They did not show me the CCTV. “The room is quite old and does not match the advertised photos. There were many issues, including a leaking bathroom tap that caused extremely low water pressure. In addition, the television, cooker hood, one of the air conditioners, and several lamps were all out of order. We raised these issues, but due to the year-end period, no one came to repair them, and no alternative rooms were available. It was a very unpleasant stay and completely ruined our trip. It was absolutely not worth the money……
