“Well honestly it wasn’t the room I thought I was getting and they hit with a tax? I wasn’t expecting and because I was an hour early they wanted 30 euro but that had to be in cash?? Also my prepaid shuttle was great from the airport to the hotel but my ride back didn’t show up. When I called they said the driver said I wasn’t there and I was standing under the hotel sign in front of the building 15 minutes early. And then said I was on my own and hung up on me so I will be filing a complaint and……

“Great location, very central 5-10min walk to most of the sights. Easy access to train station, metro, trams. 5min to supermarket. Spacious, bright, well equipped, great views. True to pictures, I would say looks even better in person. Missing is lockers onsite but there is a Bounce less than 2min walk away. No washer dryer but that wasn’t important for us. My only complaint is that the host is very poor at responding.”
