The apartment was clean, receptionists were super helpful and friendly and gave us directions, and tips. The place was very spacious for the two of us. "We had such a great stay here!! The staff were honestly amazing and really made the whole experience feel special. We told them we were celebrating our anniversary and they even left us a complimentary bottle of wine and some chocolate which was such a nice surprise and really made our stay memorable. The location was also PERFECT. It’s right beside Rossio Station(both metro & train), so getting around Lisbon and taking trips outside the city was super easy. We never felt like we were far from anything. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s no elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs or have really heavy luggage it might be a bit difficult. Overall though, we had an excellent stay and would 100% recommend it. We upgraded to the private room with the private bathroom and it was absolutely worth it to have some privacy. Great location, lovely staff and just a really nice experience overall!"

"Had a room with a balcony overlooking the street. Beds were comfortable, and lots of hot water in the shower. Lively area, lots of bars and restaurants. Amazing location to walk around and see all the sights. Staff were pleasant, and helpful - provided recommendations in the area. We took the shuttle to the airport, since our flight home was in the middle of the night. We were told 25 Euros when we reserved it, but when we paid for it, we were charged 30 Euros, plus an extra euro because we paid with credit card (we weren't told it required cash). Just an FYI for anyone looking to book the shuttle. Confirm amount and pay at time of reservation to avoid any changing of price."
