"We liked the fact that this location is very close to the center of Chiado/Baixa. We could get pretty much to Santa Justa Elevator, restaurants, Barrio Alto, Praça do Comércio, Alfama, pink street just by walking. We really like walking so for us everything was closed by. "Susanne and Mauro were the most accommodating and kind hosts. The studio was very clean, and they made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. My kids loved the Studio so much, they asked to stay there forever, and cried when we left! Location was amazing. Literally around the corner from the metro/train station, with access to multiple restaurants, markets, and activities. We will return! We loved it!"

"Great stay in a perfect Lisbon location I had a really enjoyable stay at Cais Urban Lodge. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained, which immediately made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The bed was especially comfy and I slept really well throughout my stay. The location is excellent and made sightseeing around Lisbon very easy. Many of the main attractions, restaurants, and transport links were within easy reach, so it was a great base for exploring the city. The staff were fantastic – friendly, helpful, and very responsive with communication both before and during the stay. That level of service really added to the overall positive experience. The only small thing I would have preferred is if coffee had been provided in the room (we were given a couple of fruit teas) , as that would have made the stay even better. Aside from that minor point, everything else was great and I would definitely consider staying here again. "

"As someone who loves a boutique hotel with unique features, I adored this place. Also as someone who doesn't like crowds, it's a bit rough trying to enter at night with the main entrance being on pink street. The room itself was very large, the amenities were really quite excellent, and their staff were all great. They accommodated my ridiculously early check in without hassle, had wifi great enough for me to do business calls without issue, and having a California King bed was a wonderful surprise. I'd definitely recommend staying here, especially for the adventurous couple or group. "
