“Nice room, had everything I needed. Only thing is the quality of the toilet paper: it's was thin like silk paper but other than that the bed was comfortable, water pressure and temperature was fine, kitchenette very functional, premises were quiet, river access is nice and location is fantastic for Franconia Notch State Park activities.”

“Did not use any of the amenities this time, but all are very good and clean. My only suggestion would be that in the bedroom the curtain be changed so it can be closed all the way. On the bottom floor, a couple of times people were walking by the back of the property in the snow and you can see directly into the bedroom.”

“My husband and I rented this cabin for our anniversary and it was everything we were looking for. It was cozy and warm, bed was comfortable, and the hot tub was wonderful and our favorite part of the stay. The location was also super convenient as it was right off a main road and easy to find, but still very quiet. We would definitely love to stay again!”
