“This was the most wonderful vacation! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. I have never experienced this level of customer service on any other vacation. Food and drinks were amazing from the restaurants to the beach and pool. The only criticism was that we had a plunge pool room and it’s not a plunge pool, it’s a hot tub. This was one of those vacations that you are sad to leave and can’t wait to come back.”

“The A/C did not work properly, and the room smelled of cat urine. We needed to go to the local supermarket to buy air freshener and candles as the smell was so unbearable it caused me a headed. There were cats all around the property. ”

“My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The resort was very nice and worth the price. The Sunset Cafe food was delicious and hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a convenient desk to rent beach gear and to easily schedule excursions. The hotel was a short walk from downtown Grand Case which has excellent food and shopping. If you do not want to walk, the hotel also provides a cheap shuttle in the evening. Grand Case Beach Club is well worth it and we will likely be……

“Great place to stay and enjoy Orient Bay Area. Staff (at the front desk and the restaurant) is absolutely amazing! Breakfast was very nice. Convenient location, just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at Palm Court. The manager is Ann and she and her staff are all so friendly and helpful. I had a great view of pool area from my balcony. Many places to dine in easy walking distance. Also a small grocery store in walking distance. The beach is just a couple minutes walk from hotel. The staff arranged for my taxi to airport upon my departure. Would love to come back to Palm Court and explore more island options.”
