“We stayed here over Christmas while visiting family in the area. The unit was dirty upon arrival. The floors and hard surfaced had not been cleaned. Some dishes were put away dirty. The dishwasher had black mold inside and would not be useful in cleaning dishes. We brought this to the property managers attention and they offered to bring a crew in on Christmas Eve to clean but we would of had to pack up our belongings and then unpack again once cleaned. “This property was wonderful for my husband and I (and our Golden Retriever). We stayed eight days. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. One pleasant surprise was a small air fryer which isn’t usually a standard item in many locations. We ate dinner out often but charcoal grills were there if needed. This particular unit (#4) was situated overlooking the water over a nice sandy area with lounge chairs. Of note is that the way the building is situated, it blocks the sun……
