The studio comfortably sleeps 2 guests, featuring a queen-sized memory foam bed that ensures a restful night's sleep.

The kitchenette is equipped with the essentials for preparing simple meals at home, including a stove, larger toaster oven, mini fridge, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker (please bring your own coffee). -Maximum Occupancy: This condo accommodates a maximum of 2 guests, in accordance with Okaloosa County regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in penalties, including potential eviction and fines. If a fine is imposed due to guests exceeding the agreed occupancy limit, the guests will be responsible for covering the cost of the fine.
-Cleaning Policy: The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. If excessive mess (e.g., trash, dirty dishes) is left, a $25 fee will apply.
