"This place was perfect for us! It is small, as described, but just what we needed. The couch was opened up and perfect for our 4 year old to sleep on. They provided sheets for the futon bed as well. The bed was comfortable. Perfect location! We walked to Congdon's for doughnuts and to their food truck night. Also walked to Mike's Clam shack. Ogunquit and York are a short drive. We loved the pool. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay again. "

"This was in a great location for us . Easy beach access. The condo was just the right size for me and my husband. Very welcoming atmosphere with a personal note from our hosts . We especially enjoyed the convenience of the parking spot directly in front of our entrance, and how the condo itself has many updated amenities.We are definitely considering returning next year. "The house was nice and spacious, dog friendly. The front bedroom looks out to the water. The bathrooms are renovated with heated floors - so nice especially during the coldest week of the season! The location is perfect for walking in warmer weather. Steve and Kristen were great hosts - responsive and helpful. We hope to visit again soon! "

"This is a nice property although the walls are really thin and you can hear the local bars across the street at night. It was clean and had great amenities. Love the location. This property is pet friendly - beware! Next room had a dog bark the entire time :("
