“We were on the fourth floor and the views of the Ocean were incredible! The property is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk as well as the major attractions. The room was clean, nicely decorated and well appointed with items needed for a multiple day stay. Parking was clearly marked and the check in and check out process were very simple. We would highly recommend.”

“The retreat on Rogers was a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed walking to downtown Dover for coffee at Breakaway Cafe in the mornings. It's a short drive to UNH. The space was clean and well designed - a great place to stay. Collin was great to communicate with and we were able to find everything that we needed. All is well at the Retreat on Rogers.”

The one flaw was that one of the planks on the bunk bed was a bit loose, so my son didn't feel comfortable sleeping on the top bunk. But there were plenty of places to sleep for our family of 5. We especially loved the proximity to the beach (only 3 blocks away), although the restaurants in that area were pretty expensive (probably typical for a beach……

“Our recent stay this past August 2026 was awesome. The condo is across the street from the beach with easy access. “Property was great, didn’t realize the stairs involved. Lots of pollen on rooftop and balcony. Sean was amazing with communication on a few items. We would rent again without elders. Awesome location.”
