“Our group was an extended family reunion of sorts, including three adult siblings, each from different NE states, and one elementary aged child. We booked the carriage house for a fun weekend away to experience the 2024 Eclipse in the path of totality. The carriage house ended up being perfect for our needs. Cozy and charming, with great views. The well-stocked kitchen made mealtime a breeze, and the pool table was a huge bonus for our motley crew of kids-at-heart. Will definitely be back the……

“My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. The place was exactly as pictured and described on the vrbo site. Everything worked well. It was convenient to the main road yet very quiet at the same time. I especially appreciated that a tea kettle was provided as we tea drinkers are often overlooked. Zach was an excellent host.”

“The property manager did a good job taking care of a plumbing issue that interrupted our enjoyment of the stay. Unfortunately, a plumber had to work about 2 hours Sun. night til 10:30 PM, and called in a plumber with a bigger auger who worked the next morning to unclog the basement pipe. This was an issue that obviously had been there awhile! After he left, the tub/shower drained very slowly as well. After mentioning the plumbing work to the property manager, the company agreed to refund some……
