"Beautiful house in a very nice location with very friendly hosts. We came up to move our daughter out of UVM dorm and then we used it as our jumping off point to Shelburn and, of course, downtown Burlington. We arrived on the later side and our host offered to drive me downtown to meet my wife so that we would not miss our dinner reservations. The space is very clean, the bed comfortable, and the views are amazing!"

The location is great - close to downtown and right near some athletic parks where the dogs enjoyed playing. We hope to come back."

"This is a beautiful house in a idylic location. Our three couples had a comfortable, enjoyable stay - stunning sunsets, water access and nearby bike trails. We are giving five stars because of the property. We should take off points for the manager, but were so impressed with both the home and the location, it would not be fair the owners to present anything less than five stars. "I had good communication with the owner but admit was disappointed by the over all experience. For such a high cleaning fee, I did not expect to have to make the beds when I arrived, but did find it was in the fine print. The house is in decent condition, but having the furniture all covered with furniture blankets made it feel cheap. The heating was erratic(hot upstairs and cold down), and I was awakened one night with water noises, which turned out to be a flushing of the water system right...
