“We do enjoy staying here and plan to continue doing so. We are only sharing this feedback to highlight a few areas that could be easily improved. When we arrived, there was a noticeable amount of dog food spilled in the upstairs hallway, as well as a significant amount of dog hair on the stair landing near the kids’ floor. Additionally, the exterior door at the bottom is consistently propped open with a rock, which raises security concerns. During our stay this past weekend, we also noticed a……

“In T-mop this is the place to stay”

“Unexpected deposit required, TV didn't work, staff seemed more interested in being on phone, entire place smelled like curry, trash behind dressers, desks, beds, overall cleanliness was severely compromised, stayed less then 2 hrs and left/checked out, refund would be appropriate. Definitely not recommended. ”

“I can't be sure about the quality of the room because I never had a chance to see it. We arrived at 3:00 (check in time) and there was nobody at the front desk. I called the number on the door and was told that we needed to wait an hour because she was grocery shopping at the moment. I would have maybe been a little more understanding had I been spoken to kindly, but the woman's tone of voice was nothing but rude over the phone. We needed a place to stop halfway on our 12 hour drive home,……

“Just double check and call the property before you go. This was our second time staying. The first time was excellent, this time not so much. I booked a cabin back in January for this March trip. I got the email welcoming me and gave me to door code to get in. We went in and it def. looked like someone was still staying there. I went to the office and the lady told me that "I just found out you were scheduled to stay like an hour ago, and everything is booked due to a fencing company ". I asked……

“I booked this room through expedia. I called the hotels local number to speak to a front desk representative to ask if they had a pool and a hot tub. The person I spoke to told me that they have both also that the pool was heated. I booked and found out that there was no hot tub , and the pool was not heated. So it was not a good time for my children , and I was hoping to relax in the hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful.So no complaints there. The room was standard for the price……

“If you book with this property, your credit card will be hacked. Then you will spend all of your time getting your credit card lockdown and having to get a new one. Every single day since I’ve booked this hotel I’ve received 2 to 3 different international charges against my credit card. ”
