We are only sharing this feedback to highlight a few areas that could be easily improved. When we arrived, there was a noticeable amount of dog food spilled in the upstairs hallway, as well as a significant amount of dog hair on the stair landing near the kids’ floor. Additionally, the exterior door at the bottom is consistently propped open with a rock, which raises security concerns. During our stay this past weekend, we also noticed a Zyn packet stuck to the ceiling above our bed. It may be helpful for cleaning staff to periodically check ceilings as well, given that guests sometimes leave behind unexpected items. While this is likely the result of prior guests’ behavior, the condition of the room upon arrival still reflects on overall cleanliness standards."
