"Likes: room seems to have better sound proof, friendly staffs, have morning coffee and tea.
Dislikes: room size is too small for 4, personal care products only for 2 people, pool is dirty, room number is confusing, no elevator, location is harder to get in (for tourists).

If I had any concerns, it was with the staff and their safety practices. When we arrived (before 10:00 p.m.), the staff member had already shut down her computer system and was about to clock out. She quickly had me initial and sign a document, didn't look at my ID. Twice during our stay (two different staff members), our keys had to be reprogrammed (a problem in itself, since nobody is at the front desk overnight and we could have been locked out of our room) and at no time did anybody ask for ID before programming the cards to open our room. "
