Clean beds and bathroom. Looks like they are still in the process of updating.. we stayed upstairs. Smelled a little musky. But overall for a one night stay it was good! Food was close and museum too.
Wonderful accommodation in Thermopolis! Was a type of "boutique motel"! Updated room, comfortable bed and bathroom, and a wonderful little cabin on the property to enjoy massage chairs, bottled water, and even a little sauna (we loved the massage chairs) but opted for the nearby hot springs for our soak. Definitely recommend this stay!
We pulled in on motorcycles after a long ride & the cold towels were Amazing!!! The massage chairs were also amazing.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
#10 room was close to the stairs and you get the extra window. Gas station across the street to get gas, snacks, your ice, even a pizza under $20 (if you want). Hotel is on the main street and close to bar and brewery. Great location to the Hot Springs State Park and museums.
The check-in process was virtual and it didn't work for me, so I had to call the number. They answered immediately and were very helpful. I think it was very safe, and I stayed there with my family, but if I were a solo female traveler I'm not sure I would have felt comfortable staying there without staff on-site. It was very cutely decorated and clean. Beds were a little soft - but we prefer firm beds. We loved the amenities and the rooms. Kids liked having their own room, and they had foozeball outside and other outdoor games. Shower pressure was amazing!
I'd stay there again with my family, but I prefer to have someone on-site when staying at a motel/hotel.
This was a decent place to stay. Clean and quiet. Check in was clunky. No on-site staff, so everything is via phone; Filling out vehicle info, uploading drivers license, paying deposit online then waiting for a code to get into my room was not what I was expecting when I booked. Cost was reasonable, just be aware there's a little extra work involved in getting your room.
Cute and comfortable reimagined motel. At first, I was worried about the online booking and lack of office staff. But the person I called for assistance was wonderful and the process was quick and painless. The room was clean, well maintained, and very well decorated. Bed was very comfortable. It is no frills in a "beary" cute package. Would stay here again!
This was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that had no staff on site. I liked that there was a code for the door instead of a key to keep up with. But the downside is if you arrive early, there’s no potential for early check-in. Overall the place was really nice and modern. I love that they had a fan in the second bedroom that we could plug-in. I would definitely stay here again.
Very clean room. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed and air conditioning worked great. Plenty of television channels to choose from. We will stay again the next time in town.
No staff on site. This place actually surprised me, it was nice. The only knocks I could put on the place was we found hair around the bathroom floor, and the vynal flooring was very poorly installed, it was making popping sounds as you walked.
The beds were clean, and comfortable. You have to be okay checking in online, where they give you your room number and access code.
Great wellness room, good location, driving by you would never know how amazing the rooms are. Booking/check-in process needs improvement. Will be staying here going forward.
The appearance of the room was great. It had been updated. It is on a main street but they provided ear plugs and a sound machine to help with the noise. The air conditioner was effective but loud. The have a wellness room and sauna that we looked at but did not use. It sounded like the customers we talked to all had a slow check in process since there is no front desk and you have to do it on your phone. I would stay here again. The rooms are nice and the staff that is around to clean are very friendly.
