"I have to be careful because I don’t want to get sued, but we stayed four nights in our room was only cleaned once maybe when we stood at the desk to check in and the desk clerk spoke very very fast about do we want our room to be cleaned or not I don’t know. Maybe we missed something but the trash was overflowing by the time we left OK onto other things. It’s over 100 years old so you gotta give the old lady here do as far as restaurants concerned it’s open for breakfast. They have a buffet. They must have to truck everything in frozen cause aside from the bacon. Nothing really tasted great. It’s closed at lunch. All the pastries were dry anyway at dinner time they have a very limited menu and again everything seems like it was frozen flown in microwaved it just it’s the only place to eat. You’re on a national park in the next nearest place to eat is an hour away so you’re either gonna eat it or you’re not other than that they had a very nice sunroom. Be aware that there is no air-conditioning. You can open the window, but if you think you’re cool when you go up to your room at night and you turn the heat up a little bit by the middle of the night you’ll be sweating so don’t do that and they say that there is limited Internet that’s very euphemistic. There’s no Internet there are many places where you don’t even get an SOS signal so just bear in mind that you’re not gonna be able to do anything"

"An Unexpected Oasis – Exceptional Value and Top-Notch Quality! My stay at Little America Cheyenne was an absolute surprise in the best way possible. Given the highly reasonable price I paid, I did not expect a resort of this caliber. The entire facility was immaculate, from the beautiful pool area to the well-maintained golf course. The customer service here is truly top-notch. The staff is outstanding, and the lounge provides a great, relaxing atmosphere with exceptional service. While the property is a bit isolated from other city attractions, you honestly don't need to leave. Everything is taken care of right on-site, ranging from excellent fine dining to the fantastic lounge. Additionally, the rooms are incredibly big and spacious—featuring what looked to be 60-inch TVs—and the parking was convenient and easy. I would highly recommend this resort any day of the week. It was a great stay!"

Canyon Lodge & Cabins - Inside the Park

"The Canyon Lodge was well maintained and our room was clean upon arrival. Our room was quite dark. We had to take the lamp shade off for better light, still not great. When interacting with the staff, they were all very helpful! At check in I was asked if I wanted our room cleaned each day. For $530 a night, "yes I do." "Cleaning" involved pulling up the covers and emptying the trash. We didn't get a re-stock of coffee packets, clean coffee mugs or new glasses, though ours were clearly used. I learnd that if I put our towels in the tub, some towels were restocked. We were cold at night and asked for two more blankets, one blanket was delivered because it was all that they had. A lodge of this size should certainly have enough blankets for all of the rooms. Checking in and out was easy and there in ample parking."

"The young man, summer help from Tennessee was great. Laughing with us but carrying himself well. Obviously inexperienced but he made it up with pleasant attitude, drive and courtesy. The lack of amenities was disappointing but a spacious room and a provided fan did help much better than canyon lodge where we stayed the night before."

"Hard to beat that view from the lobby. Perfect little coffee stand for the morning to sit and watch the view or take a short hike and possibly catch some wildlife. Pioneer grill was decent, bit pricey for what you’re getting, but higher prices are to be expected in the area. Our rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Would go back again, no doubt."
