“The property was very clean and the staff was phenomenal. I stayed for one night and to be honest I didnt expect this facility to be updated and the mattress was extremely comfortable. The room was better than some of the franchise hotels that I've visted. I do plan on visting again. ”

“The hotel is very nice. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were too oversized. Wish they had two different pillows to choose from. The toilet would have been great if we were kindergarteners, but they were incredibly short. No towel bars in the bathroom. We liked the bar & grill downstairs. No one told us about the breakfast buffet. I found out the day before leaving. ”

We were thankful for rainy weather because we did not want to leave! Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU to the owners and host for preserving this iconic York County site and for the perfect place to have a mini-vacay with my girls!”

“Communication with property owners was very fast. Property was very clean and exactly as described. The view was beautiful from the deck and the back windows. We even had a bald eagle tet in the pole and tree near our deck. Great place to rest and relax!!”

“From our inital check-in message to a quick text at 10 minutes after check-out to ask if I can come back to grab the Mother's Day cupcakes we left in the fridge, the owners were AMAZING!!! They set up thoughtful items like the breakfast items including creamer, to the first aid kit with candles in case of emergencies!! There were 9 of us and we were all very confortable and felt like home in the large rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a family style table in which we had coffee in the morning, or playing……

“This was a great place to stay for a night! We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff (though we had a hard time figuring out where to check in). The fridge in our room was loud but the ac helped to drown out the noise. There weren't many amenities (no breakfast or lounge area, no pool or exercise room) but the facility itself was nice and overall a comfortable place to stay.”
