“The toilet no lid, dirty bathroom, sink. Hair still on the bed, blanket not sure cleaned.”

“This was my absolute worst hotels.com experience hands down. The room was so dirty that I tried to cancel my reservation, a first ever. And I’ve stayed in some funky places but this takes the cake. The furniture had crusty stains like 3-D stains, the remote control was covered in some kind of sticky goo, sheets stained, burn holes in the blanket, bathroom was a nightmare. Had to wake up at 4am to catch a flight. There was a prostitute coming in and out of an open room, homeless guy (very nice……

“Single bedrooms are worse in person and pictures are not shown for it. Very dirty inside, nothing seems to be cleaned at all except maybe the sheets. Every room is a smoking room, so everything smells like cigarettes, including; pillows, sheets, towels, floor, and AC blows out cigarette smell. ”

“Nice room but no air-conditioning no heat. During the daytime it's very hot in the room. I had to ask for a fan. The fan wasn't strong. It was still hot. Had to close the curtains heat was coming through the windows from the sun. Night time open the curtains to let the room cool down ”

“I arrived at approximately 3:30 PM and observed multiple vehicles in the parking lot elevated on jacks and appearing to be dismantled. The property appeared unsecured, with no visible security presence. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe exiting my vehicle or entering the premises. I immediately left and secured alternate accommodations. I did not check in or occupy the room.”
