"The man that works there was extremely helpful and nice. Also very helpful when I wanted to switch rooms. My advice only is you get what you pay for and for the price it's perfect for anyones pockets. I have stayed in worse motels around Oakland and those rooms charge 80 -100 dollars for there rooms.
