“Very nice clean property”

“I brought my husband here for his 40th birthday. We love traveling in the Northeast and were warmly greeted by the owners of the Inn, Deborah and Renee. There is a parking lot with ample space, the rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was served promptly every morning, and the special treat was fresh cookies delivered daily to the room. We enjoyed the proximity to Dennis, Hyannis, and beaches along the inner and outer capes. They're located on a street with a few high quality restaurants (not……

“The Lotus Inn is in a great location steps from the Pier on Commercial Street. The staff is friendly and helpful, but it should be noted there is no staff on site other than the cleaners. The cleanliness of the common areas and towels/linens could use an upgrade.”

“CHARM is right, it's an absolutely adorable spot that was perfect for what we needed for just the one night stay. Check-in was super easy, clean room, clean sheets and towels, though we did have to ask for a refill on one of the shower amenities - of which staff instantly fulfilled. The surrounding area is very beautiful, if you get the chance to be on the porch, I would highly recommend. Check out is 11am, though if they start cleaning the other rooms at 9:30am, you might have an accidental……

“The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated!
