“The contactless check-in process and no staff on site means that you need to submit your contact info via a form before arriving. I didn't do this so there was a little run around when I arrived but was still able to check in an hour early, which was nice. The room was decent but the air conditioning was not working. The remote staff I was texting to troubleshoot the issue weren't responsive until the following morning which meant a very uncomfortable night with no AC. However, they were very……
