“Super cute, quintessential CC cottage. Small, but had everything we needed. Owner was easy to reach and very responsive. ”

“Long weekend over July 4th. Wooded lot on a hill overlooking Follins Pond. Private access to the water, dock, and deck on cabana overlooking same. Gorgeous! Several kayaks canoe available. Long, one level house with bedrooms at either end (enables high degree of privacy for a couple). The house (although not the waterfront itself) is very accessible for the mobility challenged, including broad flat patio off the back. ”

“This place is gorgeous. Down a quiet street, plenty of room inside the house for a family (we had 8 total). Front or back yard for kids to play. Plenty of kitchen room to cook and an outside grill. Owner made the check in and out process easy. ”

“Perfect for families with Children! Comfortable open areas, outdoor shower, great deck, yard, firepit, sandbox, fishing..to let your grandbabies and children just play and chill. Loved it all. Perfect 2 bedroom one bath for us, (3 adults, 3yr old, and 1yr old). ”

“We had an amazing week! The listing pictures somehow do not do this place justice. The house is immaculate, cozy in the best way, and totally family-friendly. Our hosts provided everything we could have needed from beach towels to luxurious shower products to wooden skewers for s'mores. The outdoor space is gorgeous, too! We spent HOURS kayaking, fishing, floating...just an absolute blast. ”

“This vacation rental was lovely! Our family very much enjoyed staying there. The host had everything you would need at the rental to enjoy your vacation. The house was cozy and clean; perfect for cooking and relaxing. There were games, beach chairs, and kayaks in the garage to use at the park/beach right down the street. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming while still being close to many shops and attractions. The house was very easy to get to, check and check out were easy and stress free....
