“very convenient to CBD, the bus stop and the convention center. However, taking a shower is annoying because the shower head is fixed on the wall. The water volume is so low. I need to use a cup to collect water for more water to clean. I know this is green hotel, working on the conservation of water resource. Cockroach on the floor & Hotels.com sucks
"We checked-in late at 9pm on New Year Eve. The staff was nice and friendly, yet he can’t retrieve my room booking details which I have placed order and fully paid in mid November. He explained clearly that Hotels.com booked my room through other agencies so the data was failed to drop into the hotel system. Lucky that we got into the last hotel room, yet nightmare came as this is the first time I met a big cockroach on the floor as I got into a hotel room. This is the most memorable hotel stay that I have in 2023."
