“Overall, the facilities are old and the tidiness are fair. Many tiny insects inside the room. And the hot water system is fair”

“Overall my room was nice. However at check in I was asked to provide a card for pre-authorisation. I’ve been asked many times before but on this occasion $300 was taken from my account immediately. On checking out I was told this will take between 5-10 days to be returned to me. On a holiday budget this wasn’t ideal. Also breakfast each day was always the same. “Excellent hotel. I will bring my families and accommodate here again. Thank you, Quest Scarborough.”

“Great view of Scarborough beach and decent swimming pool . Service are great ”

“The bus station going to downtown area is just right next to the hotel”

“Good choice for an overnight after a long flight. Staff were friendly”

“Overall the room is quiet and clean and bright. It is relatively small but enough for two people to stay. No chair or table is a downside. Due to the design of the shower room, there is leakage of water from the shower room. Free parking close to city area is a plus”

“Spacious and comfortable hotel”
