“The Kewadin St. Ignace is a very clean casino and hotel. The people in a smaller town seem to be more friendly and personable than in some of the larger city places I have attended. Beautiful area in the U.P. of Michigan. Only slight negative is the lack of eating facilities. Only one restaurant and one deli that is often closed.”

“Check in was very easy. This was our first family vacation and it was perfect . Staff was super nice and helpful . Breakfast was simple. We didn’t get to go to the pool, hot tub and sana but we were at the beach and the views from our room !!!! Just amazing ! All and all it was a good experience.”

“Property was not maintained. Dirty rooms and pool was not in use. Looked like it had been years since the pool was closed and they have no plans to remodel it. The whole place was just run down and horrible. Having access to a balcony from our room was nice to see the Lakefront view. That was the only good thing about our stay and probably the only reason people pay the money to stay here.”

“This is a gem amongst all motels and even hotels in the Mackinaw/St. Ignace area. Completely renovated, just like the pictures show it. And dog-friendly! Yes, you can hear occasional noise from adjacent rooms but that’s no difference when staying in a hotel. I will return to this motel anytime if I need an overnight stay in the area.”
