It's ok, nice location close to everything. Breakfast is decent and friendly staff. The whole structure can be upgraded. The wifi sucks it didn't work at all. The sheets had stains and prints on the walls. Also noticed a shortage of staff no house keeper on ground like that, sometimes the check in staff has to leave the desk to take care of stuff in the rooms. No hallway lights; that is a safety concern especially at night. Some rooms don't have phones; atleast mine didn't and if you need something you might have to walk to the desk.

Hot tub and pool are amazing, wish they were open longer hours. The elevator is super small but at least it is available. The location is amazing right at expressway and just around the corner from town /restaurants. Breakfast is strictly continental but still good.

It was a very pleasant stay. I stayed there for two days and it was lovely. The Staff is so helpful, i would give special appreciation for his commendable attitude. All amenities are included and is very close the Mackinaw Island and bridgeview point . You can get a shuttle for sheplers feryy, saves you 15 dollar!!!. Strongly recoomend the place.

The front desk manager (Joe) was the most friendly and helpful hotel staff person I have ever encountered. That made it easier to over look the small imperfections. (I was told they are doing more renovation’s)

Staff who greeted us on our arrival was friendly and very accomodating. Our room and the hotel looks clean, hot tub was relaxing. Breakfast was basic. Cereal, coffee, milk, orange juice, boiled egg, toast, yogurt, and a selection of apple or banana. If you are a heavy breakfast eater this will probably not be a good fit for you but it kept us on the go. We enjoyed our stay.

Really nice little place. It's older, but very clean, comfy beds. It's being upgraded in a very cute, old roadside hotel way. Beautiful pool. Really big with doors to outside and a hot tub. Close to town. Staff were very nice. Everything for my reservation was ready when I arrived. There is a tiny old school elevator. Some people might be scared of it although it worked perfectly. If you use a wheelchair, however, I'd request a 1st floor room. I don't think a motorized chair (a manual would be tight) would fit in the elevator. Small fridge, microwave and coffee maker all clean as can be. I'll stay there again! It's a small family run hotel and I felt very comfortable there.
