“This hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. The location was great, close to everything in Nisswa. Downside was the shower was awful. No water pressure and the towels were small and rough. Plus there were only two bath towels in our room and since this hotel has NO staff and you check in with a code for your door there is no one there to assist you or to ask for more towels or anything else you may need.”

“I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm. I have been very happy……
