"Great property in prime location to beach! As mentioned in the instructions, there is some movement that can be felt, especially when the winds kick up. The only thing I can think of to improve this house would be an elevator to get groceries and bags up and down:). We enjoyed our stay."

"Extra toilet tissue rolls in the rooms would be helpful. We only had the one on the wall and it was already half gone. Other than that it was great!!"

"House was clean great location communication was good only complaint the nest thermostat is locked with a pin so no controlling the thermostat!! I contacted host and she turned it down to 70 when we checked in but there was times when coming in from beach and showering off down stairs as ask by host it was cold and we could not adjust thermostat and at night seemed to be a little warmer and only turn on when you got up moving around so I guess it was set to a motion activity but other than that the house and yard was great!!! I was able to use my pet with me beausittinh area huge fenced yard! "

"Had issues w/ tv not working, there was no cable box. Staff was gracious, she gave us another room immediately. Overall: clean room, polite staff. The elevator did not work a few times which was no fun as we are seniors and we were on the 3rd floor. The woman who helps a/ breakfast and cleans the main entry area was such a lovely lady-she’s a great asset to your hotel."

The home was in pristine condition—super clean, beautifully put together, and everything was fully functional. "We had a great family stay here! The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, which made it so convenient for our family of five to enjoy time by the water.We really liked the layout of the home and found the accommodations comfortable and well-suited for our family. The golf cart was such a fun bonus—we loved cruising the beach and changing out the fun, quirky flags along the way.The host was an excellent communicator and very helpful, even sharing great recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a fun and relaxing getaway in Port Bolivar."

"We had a slight hiccup with the AC when we first arrived, but the property handled it very quickly. We were so comfy!!!! The front door had to be lifted ro close, but it was not a big deal at all. We will most definitely be staying here again! Such a wonderful weekend getaway."
