"As soon as I opened the door to the room the dog smell hit me. I went to the front desk and apologized for troubling the woman working there and told her about the smell. I asked to change rooms. She said she had to check the room first. She did. Came back and said, “There’s no smell to my nose. I can go spray something for you but I can’t change your room.” I asked if I could have a refund. “No.” I went and bought Clorox wipes and sanitizer spray. Cleaned the room (almost every surface had dog hair on it) sprayed every surface and left the window open for my stay. Won’t be back."

"Solo traveler with dog. I was told the pet fee was $50/night and then handed a paper that listed it as $35/night and was to initial. When I mentioned it said $35 they said that was an old form. So they printed a new one and changed it to 50/night and had me initial. Then they said they needed a $100 incidental fee for damages the dog might do and it would be returned in 3-5 business days. I don't believe this was listed on the website. Clearly they have pet only rooms as mine the furniture was dirty and worn, the A/C did not work, the door to the balcony would not open, and the toilet was not cleaned. The area they had for pets to do their business was very small with dead grass and covered with poop. They list the facility as "smokeless" but shortly after arriving I was able to smell cigarette smoke coming in from a surrounding room. I will not be staying here again. I would have been better off at Motel 6."

"I was very disappointed with this stay, especially considering the nearly $300 price tag for a single night. The hotel is currently under construction and, unfortunately, it shows. There was dust throughout the property, and check-in has been moved to the back of the building through a dark, uninviting hallway. When I asked about it, the front desk staff said it has been this way for about two years. The room itself had several issues. The internet service was poor, and the TV system did not function properly. Despite advertising smart TV capabilities, none of the streaming or smart features were accessible, and even basic TV navigation was difficult. The pool area was also disappointing. It was not well maintained, and the towel station was overflowing with dirty towels while clean towels were unavailable until we requested they be restocked. Additionally, the pool room door was frequently propped open, allowing people to come and go freely. This made the area feel less secure and less private for families. This used to be one of our preferred places to stay when traveling through the area, but the quality has declined significantly. Given the condition of the property and the amenities that were unavailable or not functioning, I do not feel the experience justified the cost."
