“The water pressure in the shower was pathetic and I got cold while I was showering. It was barely enough to keep me wet at all. Then when I got out the towels smelled disgusting and I had to drip dry. The hair dryer was broken. The bed was lumpy. We were charged and exorbitant amount for a scrambled egg and some hashbrowns and when we spoke with the manager she was rude. I've never paid so much money for such a yucky place. Also, I thought this was a resort and there was zero resort amenities……

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“The breakfast was a little too skimpy ”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“There was so much wrong we had to leave. The “non smoking” room was full of cigarette smoke leaking from the room next door and that guest smoking r in got outside our door all hours of day and night. Black mold in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower. No silverware at all in the kitchen. It appeared the sheets were not changed. Tiny flat pillows, 1 each. Zero washcloth or kitchen towel. Staff was most unhelpful.”

“Great location with ocean view. Just by the ferry terminal. Easy to commute to Seattle.”

“Cute little place, it was clean. A bit pricey for what you get. The bed we slept on was a little hard and not that comfortable. The hot tub was always full so didn't get a chance to go in that.... The experience was good I would def stay there again”
