"Loved the Exec king room with 2 K beds, fireplace, larger frig and walk-in closet. However, the inside of the bathroom door was filthy. Mentioned it twice. The bed by the door was too close to the wall which make it difficult to get in on that side. Also, the window above that bed blocked neither light nor sound- loud freeway noise directly above your head and had metal mini blinds instead of room-darkening shades. Just board up that cheap window and cover it with a picture! I tried pillows, but they didn't work."

"The Good: the room was clean and nice view from balcony. The OK: Breakfast was delivered hot, however, there was no knife and bagel didn't come toasted. Bedding was newer, but pillows were awful, bring your own. The Bad: first time running water and brown water came running from the sink. I gave it time and it cleared up, old building and rusty pipes... this I could get over, but not having hot water for a shower..unacceptable. water would get barely like warm, then turn cold. Tried to give it time and still luke warm. I didn't get to shower all weekend. I also letthe front desk know the chair in our room was broken when we turned in our breakfast voucher an hour after checking in and it was never fixed/replaced during our stay. "

"This room was clean and perfect for a night's stay to watch a game at Cheney and not have to drive. Bathroom was clean, bed was clean, serviceable amenities, attentive front staff, quiet at night, and it was nice to park your car behind a gated area. Safer area of Tacoma, will definitely stay again. "

"When we first got there you could see parts of the building had completely fell apart. When we planned to enter there was a crackhead going back and forth from the door to the bench. We had to go in through the side which yes was our own decision but you would think you wouldn’t want an individual like that wandering around the property. Then of all hours of the night people were loud slamming things including staff while they were cleaning."

"Overall very good value; great location. We were pleasantly surprised that road noise from nearby I-5 was not really an issue, even though our third-floor window looked straight out to the freeway. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks!"
