“Spacious and well-laid out unit. Easy check-in instructions provided by the owner. Great place for families. Open concept which works well when cooking in the kitchen. Nice location on the first floor, but we never heard any neighbor noise above us. Parking spaces right outside your door for easy loading and unloading. The gated pool is close (steps from back covered patio with chairs) and just beyond it is a beautiful view of Lake Marion. Although we traveled to the area for a funeral, this……

“What a wonderful property, from the lake view to the darling home!! Connie has decorated her home beautifully and has all the necessities available to make your stay memorable. Enjoyed waking up and sitting on the back patio over looking the lake while drinking coffee every morning. Walked the 2 mile pedestrian bridge every evening and talking to some of the locals who were fishing. Perfect location to venture out to Charlestown, Beaufort and Hilton Head while visiting. “The condo itself was decent overall, but there were some cleanliness issues upon arrival, including a dirty hall bathroom toilet and a soiled plate left in the microwave. Communication after checkout also became uncomfortable, as I was contacted more than a week later regarding missing throw pillows that I did not take.
