“Room is not cleaned every day. Which means no extra cups/ coffee for the next morning. Also we were only given 2 cups, creamers etc although they knew there were 3 people staying in the room. Everything else was very good ”

“Staff are the highlight at this hotel - location is great, amenities fine, but Ms.Bernie, Ms. Duffy and Mr Tommy are knowledgable, warm and helpful.”

“Rooms were recently remodeled or at least it seemed that way. Modern, Clean and comfy. Elevator and hallways were clean but not updated. Our conversations with the staff were great, knowledgeable about the area, very helpful. Had to skip breakfast to catch a plane, but the area looked very nice and the food looked fine. ”

“This was my second time that front desk guy makes me to do reservation on line instead to do walking reservation, telling me than that not is possible at that moment, and There is a lot opportunity to improve breakfast.”

“Great staff and services. The only issue is the hotel is dated. Getting rid of the carpet would be a great start. Also, I couldn’t log into Netflix. Plus, I would’ve appreciated some lotion, a shower cap & blow dryer in the room. The free breakfast, dinner & happy hour is a plus. On top of the staff was extremely nice. The location is good as well. Parking lot could use an update though. Overall, it wasn’t bad ”
