“We were informed upon arrival there would be an additional daily fee of 135 plus tax that was not disclosed.The listing stated there were no additional fees.This property seems to be known to the front desk staff as a problem unit.We attempted to contact the owner but got no reply.The room is in poor shape. The plumbing has problems. The toilet barely flushes. There is a sign over toilet stating not to flush toilet paper. Not very hygienic. Also there are no extra trash bags for the trash can……

“We were denied access to the pool because the room was “flagged”. Had to make multiple trips to different offices in the building and reach out to the host to get it straightened out. Went back the next day and one of us (went in separately) had the same issue. No internet for two of the 3 days, which meant no TV. Cable company said it was probably due to nonpayment. Luckily, none of us had to work, but it was annoying, had hotel people up there 3 times and finally it worked on the 3rd day.……

“I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing. The apartment had a very strong chemical smell that even stayed on my clothes after leaving. The hallway also smelled unpleasant. The biggest issue was the constant loud noise from the air-conditioning system, which made it hard to sleep. There were also many flies in the apartment. When I addressed these concerns to the owner, my message was ignored. Just something to keep in mind before booking.”
