The room was clean, spotless. Instead of 2 beds, it was 1 bed and a cot. The mattress was not very comfortable. In the bathroom they had shampoo and conditioner. They gave us beach towels and bath towels. We had to pay additional money for parking.

El lugar es amplio y muy tranquilo. Muy bien ubicado. La playa esta muy cenrca. El apartamento estaba limpio, pero el edificio requiere de limpieza mas frecuente, en los 5 días que estuve en el lugar los pisos de los corredores, el elevador y los estacionamientos estuvieron sucios.

I loved the predominant Russian vibe there in the guests, the cafes, and shops close by. Old Samovar restaurant (15 min. walk) served superb traditional Russian food. Felt very safe walking around on my own, although Collins Ave. was noisy.
