“My over all stay was wonderful, the host was very easy and quick to communicate with. •Room was lovely. Nice bed, dining table, useable kitchen, minimal cooking utensils but I didn’t need them. •Easily accessible w/ key pad and right by the stairs, elevator is on opposite corner but still easy to get to.. I went on holiday weekend and still had room to park and not worry. •Couple minute walk to beach, a straight shot down the road. Small things that definitely do not out way how great of a spot……

“The room was extremely clean and very minimalist. It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair in the room; however, there was probably not room for one. The elevator at the site was not working and that required us to carry our luggage up 2 flights of steps. There seemed to be a lot of “rules” for checking out that, while good for the cleaners, seemed excessive for the guests.”

“We have stayed here before and had a great stay so we came back. The host was very responsive and took care of any issue that came about. The AC went out and the host immediately moved us to another unit so our stay would remain comfortable and enjoyable. There was a little bit of sand in the unit but that is to be expected being one block from the beach. There is a good view from the from catwalk to look out to the ocean but there is a great view of the Atlantic Intercoastal Waterways from……

“Fair. The location is great (so is the bed in the main bedroom), though the condo on the whole wasn't worth what we paid. From the furniture to the kitchenware, everything was clearly done as cheaply as possible. That's ok--this isn't the Ritz. But it would have been nice to have a better table and a keurig cup or two to start us off (esp. since I inquired beforehand about the coffee situation). And more than one knife is an absolute necessity, esp. if you're advertising a kitchen that you can……
