“Clean and safe for a travel clinician.”

“The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning.”

“Fair place to stay for a night. Needs updating.”

“The room was comfortable, but the bathroom could use some updating and be cleaned more thoroughly. The A/C was ok as it kept turning on and off a lot and was noisy. The breakfast choices was wonderful. Fresh fruit, yogurts, danishes, bagels with cream cheese, chicken and biscuits sandwiches, OJ, coffee, milk, and cereal.”

“This is our second time staying at Drury hotel in Mount Vernon, Illinois. The staff is very kind and helpful, and they are very welcoming. The rooms and the whole place is always clean and smells fresh. Breakfast is very delicious and the evening snacks are awesome. This place is very welcoming. My children and I enjoy staying here every time we come.”

“The bed and pillows were good, so I got a good night’s sleep. That was a plus. This is an old, run down motel that they are trying to keep going. It is just shabby looking. The room was shabby. 2 different remotes for the TV. One did some functions, the 2nd did others. No instructions. The toilet paper roll had 1/4” of paper on the roll, no spare. The continental breakfast was not worth fooling with. I stayed there because the location worked and it was relatively cheap.”

“Nice little hotel. Breakfast was good, waffle maker eggs and sausages. Check in was late so it was a little bumpy using the kiosk. Overall good for the price.”

“Great hotel, everyone was so helpful. During breakfast the male host REN went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed and comfortable. I seriously would have wanted to tip him if possible. I would come back every trip.”

“Amazing hotel, the room was spotless and very spacious with fantastic views. On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was really nice and great portions too. The casino is huge and worth a visit! The indoor and outdoor pool was clean and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“The lobby had a very offensive smell. Like someone had sprayed the place with a bunch of febreze air freshener. One of those smells that stays with you for a while and stayes in your clothes. We stayed on the second floor. Looked like the hallway hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. The room did not have an alarm clock. Breakfast was okay and they kept plenty of fresh cold water in the lobby. Parking was okay. Sites a little tight for a SVU or pickup truck.”
