“noise”

“Very clean. Helpful staff. Great hot breakfast. Definitely staying there again if I am in Carbondale.”

“We had a very nice stay ,clean rooms”

“Not friendly Not helpful”

“We came to visit our son at SIU and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, clean, and very affordable. The breakfast was great, with lots of options. There's a bar right next to the hotel, which was nice, and a couple of restaurants nearby. The area felt safe and had a good amount of activity. Overall, a really good place to stay when visiting SIU!”

“Noise,old”

“The 1st room I was given the AC unit would not plug into the outlet. The 2nd room I was given had roaches nesting behind the hair dryer plug. The 3rd room I was given had what looked like live fleas on bathroom floor. I then ask for refund. Pretty sad!”

“Excellent all around. Fair price. Easy access to Benton.”

“Do not book! The picture is deceiving. This is the filthiest property I have ever seen. The ceiling over the shower was falling in”

“Infested with rodents.”

“When first walking into the room the air was stale as the air unit had been kept completely off, but once turned on it wasn’t noticeable anymore. The room was very dated and definitely needed a facelift. However it was kept very clean with comfortable bedding. If I needed to stay overnight in this town again I would choose here.”
