“Was good to find owners had put a key in lockbox as our plane was late,We had ground floor unit, There’s no Internet as was disconnected message kept saying.Also No Hand soap by handbasin had to use shower pump on slippery floor (So we brought one soap pump)The bed was bouncy & the bathroom wasn’t clean properly when shower was on water went over toilet as A short shower curtain didn’t cover hand-basin or toilet.Was still a ok place to stay Basic Poor No Internet….,”

“We had a great time in the hotel. the rooms are big and clean. we also get a lots of TV channel to watch. people there are SUPER kind and helpful as we called in to say we'll arrive late around 10pm and the person waited us to give us a warm welcome. Enjoy the stay which is also close to the sea. Great place and will definitely go back.”

We made a simple request to store some frozen wagyu that we were gifted, overnight in their freezer, no deal, so we had to bin about $150 worth of meat. Apparently she has no access to the kitchen, never known a kitchen and staff fridge to be under such high security Cooked breakfast was well below average for price, wouldn’t have feed the sausages to my dogs”

“Napier best view to the lake, very close to nice restaurant, open the window you can see the lake, done stair you have "milk & honey" which is very good restaurant. we stay here for 2 night and very enjoy such slow, quite, small town ”

“Like : Convenient Location adjacent to downtown Hastings. Lots of parking space. Spacious room and bathroom to fit a family's requirement. All furniture and fixtures are very clean. Unlike : My room number is 20, closest to the Omahu road, and the traffic noise badly disturbed my sleep. Strongly suggest to avoid this room.”
