“Nice stay at the Austin condo hotel. Overall stay was good on all counts. Friday night there was some noise from other guests, not really the properties fault. Of staying through the day the thermostat would change settings unexpectedly. Otherwise the door was clean and functional. “We REALLY loved the view from the second story of the condo. On one side we could view the Bay, and on the other side we could see the Gulf. It was GORGEOUS. However, during booking I didn't realize that it was a two story condo, and that made it challenging at times with a parent with hip issues. The beach was also a bit of a hike from the building (Again, walking issues. Something I need to be more cognizant of for next time...) The beach and pool were gorgeous, though. Loved it!

“The property is fine and clean, if a little tired. The rugs are stained, the baseboards are chipped, and parking is an extra $40/night, as street parking is not a realistic option. “This unit is perfect for a couple or a small family. It was very clean, had all the necessary basics to just hang out for a long weekend without having to stock the unit. (Paper towels, tp, soap, etc). The input is on the side but there is a great view of the water from the living area. The complex is away from the crowds and is set away from the main public areas so getting a spot on the beach was easy. I would highly recommend.
