“Quiet”

“This was a one-night stay during a business weekend, so I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. While I was there, it was quiet and comfortable, just what I needed. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and I had a pleasing view of the lawn and trees outside. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.”

“I liked that they gave us water and chips when we checked in with no extra charge and it was within walking distance to everything.”

“23:00 fire alarm rings, everybody rushed out! Then the next morning 7:30 fire alarm rings again. But the hotel didn’t give any explanations!”

“Didn’t have enough chairs on the 2nd floor - we put the chairs next to our door to sit out there in the evening and they were taken by another room. Bird crap all over the back walk way. ”

“Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. ”

“Traveling to visit Salem was made easy by staying here at this hotel. My fiancé and I enjoyed our one week stay and we both loved the breakfast variety that they had to offer. The little omelettes with the bell peppers and the waffles were my absolute favorite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have a pricing issue because of a check in error, but it was fixed and I was refunded the excess amount fairly quickly. Other than that, visiting Massachusetts was absolutely amazing and very……
