“The room was very nice and roomy but did have a bit of a musty smell upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the fact that they offered breakfast was a nice touch. The biggest drawback really was the stairs. They are quite steep and difficult to maneuver with luggage. I saw another guest fall trying to navigate his luggage. “This is a quiet, charming, and well maintained, historic B&B, that provided a quaint New England experience. Excellent communication on the front end for check in procedures and adequate parking despite being a late arrival we're a huge plus! “air conditioning and hot water both did not work beyond minimally room nice acess easy”

There were people in the room next to us having a conversation, not even loud, and we could hear every word as if they were in the……

“That's our favorite place to go !”

“The view!!!! New favorite hotel in Hampton”
