“Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.”

“A nice bohemian style Hotel, small lobby reception area and a tiny lift for the rooms great that there was free tea, coffee and nibbles in the reception area during the day. Breakfast no longer served at the hotel, but the café nearby was really good, and the hotel give you a voucher. The room itself was quite nice, although very dark inside. lacking a little on storage/hanging space and an open shower with a sink right by it. The hotel was in a great location for a main Grand palace and shops.”
