“It was a beautiful cottage!! We stayed eight nights and would definitely come back in a heartbeat. It had all the amenities that we needed and a quiet space to sit and relax.”

“10/10 Excellent — An absolute SF gem! This place is a peaceful, impeccably clean, and private retreat in one of San Francisco's best neighborhoods. Just a short walk to the Presidio with incredible eateries and shops nearby. Springer was a fantastic and responsive host. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the city—we can’t wait to come back!”

“I'd like to thank the hosts for providing such a wonderful home. My family of three stayed here for ten nights, and this house truly made us feel at home throughout our trip. I chose this property specifically because of the photos of the kitchen, and it was exactly what I had hoped for. It was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything a family could need. The living room was also very spacious, featuring comfortable reclining couches and a smart TV, making it a perfect place to relax……

“This cute studio is close to many eateries, stores, the BART and a walking path, with nature areas a few minutes drive away. It’s clean, attractive and the court is a nice feature. Cozy is a good description of Gilda’s place.\We enjoyed our stay here!”

“We had a wonderful stay in May!The location was perfect for our trip. We were in town for an event at Golden Gate Park and to visit friends who live nearby, so it was very convenient. The layout worked especially well for our family of six with four young children. Having the three bedrooms upstairs that opened to a loft made it easy for everyone to be together while still having plenty of space. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made traveling……

“Such a cute place! Parking spaces were limited but we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot. I’m not sure I ever truly experienced San Francisco hills before on foot. 😅 Amazing parks (for bird watching) and amazing food nearby. Just be aware of the hills.”

“The cottage was an excellent condition and exceptionally clean. It had all of the basic elements and a beautiful kitchen and patio. We use the Internet watch Harry Potter movies and had no trouble with our connections. The host was polite, supportive, and helpful. The laundry was a big plus and we use the laundry. We did not use the dishwasher because I am used to washing dishes by hand for two but we enjoyed all of the elements that we’re there for us and I think I haven’t slept as well in in a……

“We enjoyed our stay and the home was very nice. The only complaint would be the jets on the bathtub didn't work.”

“Very charming one bedroom with loft! We were two adults and 5 kids. We had a comfortable one-night stay and everything we needed was provided. My teen daughter slept with me in the main bedroom. My husband took the pull out couch and my son and nephew took the loft bed. We were a little worried about air circulation in the unit because there's only one window that you can open with a screen. At night we placed a fan in the kitchen window and turned the fan on in the main bedroom and left the……

“Cozy cabin for a launching point to the Marin area. Highly recommended.”
