“Mi reserva fue para 4 personas (2 adultos, 2 menores) y me quisieron cobrar extra por mis hijas, que porque sus menores son hasta los 11 y expidia me tomó como menores hasta los 17. El portón del estacionamiento lo cierran a las 10 y si llegas después de esa hora tardan en abrir. Quise salir en la noche para comprar agua para tomar y me dió pena pedir que abrieran para salir. La gerente es amable, el de recepción de la tarde no tanto.”
