“This is an old hotel in desperate need of upgrades. Overall not a clean place. Carpeting in hallways dirty and worn, spots of mold around tub/shower. Only one ice machine for 3 floors, others not working. On a good note staff very friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor, spend a couple extra $$ and stay at a new Hilton across the street. ”

“Clean room. Breakast NOT included with room. Breakfast buffet offered for $12.99 per person. Front desk person was unable to look up my member number while every other IHG hotel has no problem with that. I had t o call to get the number from customer service.”

“The property appears to be under construction/renovation. The room was nice, not worth the price though. Floor was dirty, more obvious bc its plank wood style so dirt sticks to your feet and socks. It was the friendliest staff member though, Faith or Faye. Very nice, a bucket of information in regard to the town, State of Ga too. Very helpful. Kind.”

“While our room was large and the beds seemed comfortable, the room was fairly dirty with dirty mirrors and a broken sink that was completely unusable. We did let the front desk know and they gave us a plunger that brought up gross and disgusting black gunk. We told the front desk in the morning that the sink is broken and they said they are aware but book the room anyway. A lady knocked at our door at 8 am to clean it which we found kind of funny. Would not stay again. We didn’t get to have……
