“No door to bathroom the floors felt very dirty”

“Basic hotel nothing special. Definitely not worth 300 a night!”

“I did not get to stay in the room I paid for. Front desk said the room was unavailable due to a broken bed. So instead of the suite I paid for with a full kitchen, I stayed in a room with two queen beds. I was offered no refund or rate change for the lack of room availability. Just “oh well”. When I got up to the room, there were holes in the walls, the phone didn’t work, the desk chair was ripped and tore up. I saw no staff, no one at the front desk all four days I was there.”

“The breakfast was very good, the lobby lovely , all the grounds and the hotel itself was very nice , very clean m. The staff that we met were outstanding. Housekeeping not so much . They never came to our room I had to request clean towels . Trash was never emptied very disappointing . ”

“If you stay here, don’t let the them put you around back. With respect, lots of transient construction workers hanging outside all night with speakers pumping music. Weed smoke was pouring through my AC wall unit about 11pm. ”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here. From the moment I entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor. it did not smell clean or fresh at all. The issues continued throughout the room. The shower had a strong, foul smell, similar to a wet dog. The refrigerator was dusty and visibly dirty, and the microwave had not been properly cleaned. Even the “Do Not Disturb” sign was dirty, which speaks volumes about the level of housekeeping. There were……

“I really liked how helpful the young man that checked us in and just everything else about my stay even though they were renovating and kind of noisy I didn’t mind because it was for one night I didn’t complain at but I think they should of offered to reduce my price do to that but when come to Georgia to visit my family this is where I book so on my weekend stay comfort inn will be getting my business whenever the price is right for my finances overall it’s a comfortable stay.”

“While our room was large and the beds seemed comfortable, the room was fairly dirty with dirty mirrors and a broken sink that was completely unusable. We did let the front desk know and they gave us a plunger that brought up gross and disgusting black gunk. We told the front desk in the morning that the sink is broken and they said they are aware but book the room anyway. A lady knocked at our door at 8 am to clean it which we found kind of funny. Would not stay again. We didn’t get to have……

“Breakfast area too small for the hotel size especially on a weekend when at FULL capacity. Otherwise beautiful facility. ”

“Upon entry to my unit, I encountered a noticeable musk that resembled mold. The room was extremely stuffy and humid, and there were multiple critters inside, one of which I was able to identify as a wood louse. The sheets were stained and had more hairs than I could count. I left the same night, and the owner did not issue me a refund despite advising me he would. Don’t waste your money here. ”
