I wish the service was a little bit better. Rooms not ready at 3:00. Credit was not applied at the end of the bill I had to explain the same thing 4 times before they did something. Facility in overall is nice and good.

The property was beautiful, I did pay up for a king room with river view through Expedia, but did not receive a river view. That was disappointing, and not a cheap upgrade.

We really want to give this property 5 stars but, despite the staff being friendly and professional, management was unresponsive to concerns we experienced. After asking numerous staff for help with our sink not draining, we finally got it fixed using the chat feature on the Bonvoy app. The sink was finally fixed on day 5. We were given a $200 folio credit, but at check out it was not there. Using the app again, we were given the credit, but at $250 which was great. It’s a newer property so it seems they may be still working through the kinks. The hotel is absolutely stunning.

The receptionist Melissa Williams was just the person I needed to see after a long stressful drive. Her and her colleague’s hospitable smile, patience and friendly humor whipped me out of a frustrated mindset. In no time I was relaxed and ready to officially start my vacation (with a glass of complimentary champagne, I may add). She also upgraded us to a river-facing room with balcony which was an unexpected treat as sitting on that balcony was very entertaining, watching large and small boats come by with the bridge serving as an elegant backdrop. The hotel is one on the most creatively decorated hotels I have ever seen. Exceptionally clean and comfortable and within walking distance of sights in town. There are lots of stylish sitting areas through out the hotel where guests who are traveling in groups can meet and hang out. I will stay here again and highly recommend it. The only disappointment was that the rooftop pool was being serviced when we went up at 9 am the next morning. Other parents were urgently waiting with children to have a swim before checkout. Other than that, an A experience.
